Hockey Humanitarian Finalists Named

The Hockey Humanitarian Award finalists for 2010 have been announced.

The award is given annually, and is presented just prior to the Hobey Baker Award ceremony, at the Frozen Four each year.

Players from Division I, III and Women's hockey are eligible.

The men's Division I finalists are:

Dion Knelsen (Alaska), Bobby Butler (New Hampshire), Ethan Cox (Colgate), Barry Goers (Mass.-Lowell), Jordan Pietrus (Brown), Garrett Raboin (St. Cloud State), Brandon Vossberg (Denver) and Brett Watson (Massachusetts).

The other finalists are:

Kirsten Dier (Amherst), Jon Globke (New England College), Caitlin Hogan (St. Cloud State), Sam Kuzyk (Adrian), Shareef Labreche (Buffalo State), Zach Miller (Williams), Mario Mielleli (Augsburg), Bridget O’Gorman (Connecticut) and Todd Sheridan (Brockport).
