Bemidji's Kinne Suffers Stroke

Bemidji State hockey player Ben Kinne suffered a stroke while working out last Friday in St. Paul, according to a newspaper reports.

Kinne is recovering and doing well, the reports said.

Kinne had eight goals as a freshman in 2008-09, and 10 goals last season, to go along with 14 assists.

“Our thoughts are with Ben and his family and the goal for all of us is that he will fully recuperate,” Bemidji State head coach Tom Serratore said in a news release.
