Gill Leaves Boston University

CHN Staff Report

Boston University’s Sahir Gill, slated to be a senior this upcoming season, has left the program.

It’s not known where Gill will play in 2013-14, but it’s likely the 21-year-old forward will sign a professional contract.

In three seasons with the Terriers Gill totaled 78 points (28 goals, 50 assists) in 117 games, including 22 points (10 goals, 12 assists) in 39 games last season as a junior. A British Columbia native, Gill was not drafted by an NHL franchise and is a free agent.
